The split tray sorting system is controlled by connecting with WCS of the whole logistics system. The items to be sorted can be automatically supplied by the conveying equipment or manually supplied by the operators. The sorting machine does the sorting action by the software, sorting the items to the chutes or containers.
System advantage:Tray loading, extremely adaptability. The tray structure can be used for sorting light or round parcels which can not be sorted by cross belt sorter.
Unique structure, low speed but high efficiency:The sorting carriage adopts a unique "one carriage, two trays" structure, and the sorting capacity is twice as high as that of the cross belt sorter with the same configuration. When the speed of the main loop is 1.3m/s, the sorting capacity can reach 16,684 PPH. The maximum theoretical processing capacity can reach 33,400 PPH if the dual two-trays structure is used.
Module design, timely delivery:The system adopts modular design, and the sorting carriages are independent. The installation and commissioning of the 100-meter loop can be completed within one week.
